Crossfit Kettlebell WOD
50 overhead swings, 50 squats, 50 sit ups
40 overhead swings, 40 squats, 40 sit ups
30 Overhead swings, 30 squats, 30 sit ups
20 Overhead swings, 20 Squats, 20 sit ups
10 Overhead swings, 10 squats, 10 sit ups

Sunday roast: stuffed chicken paleo dinner
Made this as an alternative sunday roast,
Blend, 3 garlic cloves, olive oil, handfull of fresh basil, 40 grams of pine nuts. Slice open and de-bone 10 chicken thighs, spread the mixture across the thighs, fold and secure with a cocktail stick, drizzle with oil and roast on 180 for 40 minutes.
With a peeler shave 3 parsnips into thin slices, sprinkle with a little rapeseed oil, salt and pepper. Roast on 140 for 20 minutes, check frequently and keep shaking the tray as they have a tendency to stick!!
Roast some med veggies and serve them on the side!

Paleo dinner, Stuffed chicken thighs.
Paleo challenge continues: stuffed chicken thighs & legs, spinach & avocado salad, sweet potato. 1 pack of chicken legs & thighs (cheaper than breasts) slice open, de-bone. Blend; almonds, lemon zest, garlic, onion, parsley, sea salt, 5-10 seconds (blended but not mush). Stuff the mix into the chicken, fold over & secure with cocktail stick, drizzle with rapeseed oil. Roast on 180 for 35/40 minutes or until the skin is crispy!

Heneghan Training is coming!
Welcome, Heneghan Training is showing its first signs of life. Kettlebells and weights are on order and as the sessions grow other hardcore equipment will be on its way to Farnham!! I am 2 weeks into my strict paleo and I have 5 weeks to go before the end of lent!! So be on the lookout for some quick and easy paleo meals on the blog!! Sessions are being organised even as I blog and I am hopping the first one will run in the first weeks of April. Prices will be £8 per session and discounts will be available for block bookings.
